Order and Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

Standard shipping: Delivery usually takes place within 2–3 working days.
Express shipping: If you need it extra fast, delivery usually takes place within 1–2 working days.

This information applies to Austria and Germany. For deliveries to other countries, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that in exceptional cases, e.g. due to a high volume of shipments or on public holidays, there may be slight delays.

Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping provider and the delivery address. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process.

We deliver within Austria as well as to selected countries of the European Union.
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

Yes, every order includes tracking.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

Currently, it is generally not possible to collect goods in person. All orders are conveniently shipped directly to the delivery address you provided.

We would be happy to check together whether a personal collection is possible and, if necessary, arrange a suitable appointment.

Please check your delivery for possible transport damage immediately upon receipt.

If possible, please attach photos of the damaged goods and the packaging to your message.
This will allow us to quickly review the damage and take the necessary steps to find a suitable solution for you.

Depending on the order quantity, we would be happy to prepare an individual quote for you.

We offer two different options for your individual FlexiCap customization:

Option 1: 2D motif
With this option, your desired motif is applied flat to the brim of the FlexiCap.
This customization is possible for orders starting at 50 pieces.

Order quantities under 100 pieces: One-time cliché costs for the creation of the individual printing tool apply.
Order quantities of 100 pieces or more: We will cover the costs for the printing tool.

The 2D option is particularly suitable for larger quantities, as it offers an economical solution for implementing your logo or motif.

Option 2: 3D motif
With this option, your motif is implemented with a noticeable 3D feel.
This creates a high-quality, tactile effect that makes your logo stand out.
This custom production is possible for orders starting at 50 pieces.

Since no individual printing tool is required for this option, there are no additional cliché costs.
Due to the more complex implementation, the 3D option is priced slightly higher.

Our tip for making the right choice:
For larger order quantities, we recommend the 2D motif option, as it allows for a particularly economical implementation.
For smaller quantities, we recommend the 3D motif option, as it can be implemented without additional tool costs while offering a high-quality, tactile effect.
